HOTTR Coach (Instructor)
HOTTR coaches lead clients through our signature infrared-heated, high-intensity strength and conditioning experience—designed to challenge both body and mind. Sessions fuze toning, strength, cardio, and endurance in a dynamic, music-driven environment that pushes clients to unlock their full potential.
Coaches deliver safe, effective programming with precision and presence. They provide clear instruction, hands-on guidance, and high-level motivation—ensuring every client feels supported, challenged, and empowered to perform at their best.
HOTTR classes are intense yet inclusive, built for all fitness levels while fostering a strong, connected community.

Training
All HOTTR coaches must participate in our comprehensive training program designed to ensure every instructor delivers a consistent, high-quality class experience. Training groups are intentionally small, allowing for personalized feedback and mentorship from HOTTR founder Monique Crous. The cost of training is $899 with no fitness instructor experience, $599 with fitness instructor experience. This may be paid off through teaching at the studio
Compensation
All HOTTR coaches begin with an hourly rate of $26/hour. As you gain experience and a loyal following, your pay rate may be adjusted.

CAREERS
Front Desk Associate
HOTTR is seeking energetic, outgoing, and friendly individuals to join our Front Desk team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you play a key role in creating the welcoming, high-energy experience that defines the HOTTR community. Front Desk Associates are responsible for greeting clients, assisting with memberships and class bookings, maintaining the studio environment, and supporting overall studio operations. This is a part-time position, and hours will vary based on studio needs and class schedules.
Responsibilities

Welcome new clients and introduce them to the studio, including amenities and studio policies

Greet returning clients warmly and recognize important milestones within the HOTTR community

Ensure clients are enrolled in the correct membership or class package
-
Maintain full knowledge of studio offerings including memberships, class packages, retail, beverages, towels, and promotions

Assist clients with account needs including account set-up, scheduling, canceling, rebooking classes, and purchasing memberships or packages

Turn over the studio between classes to ensure it is clean, organized, and ready for the next class

Wash, fold, and restock towels throughout the day

Distribute cold towels to clients at the end of class

Maintain studio cleanliness through mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing client areas

Notify a member of the studio management team of any client or employee concerns, issues, or complaints

Report any maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients

Follow up with new clients on Brandbot

Respond to client emails and inquiries professionally and in a timely manner

Assist with client milestone celebrations and maintain the studio celebration board
Qualifications

High school diploma required; some college preferred

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move throughout all areas of the studio

Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and closing shifts

Part-time hourly position
