HOT HIIT® 55

 

HOT HIIT® is a beat-based training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio with the healing properties of FAR Infrared heat. HOT HIIT® burns fat and creates long, lean mus­ cles, with rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and increases flex­ibil­ity.


HOT HIIT® is per­ formed on a yoga mat. Low impact modifications are given for each exercise and each class is taught with an emphasis on mindful movement.


Through consistent practice, you will gain health and flexibility and increase neuromuscular control. This will lead to good posture and strength throughout your body.

HOT HIIT® Express moves more quickly than the original class. Through this method of movement, you will get the most effective workout in only 45 minutes. Modifications are given
for each exercise, making it accessible to all fitness levels and ages.

Try HOT HIIT® L.I.F.T.
In this Low Impact Functional Training class, we incorporate the best of our HOT HIIT methods with a stronger emphasis on weights. Longer intervals are also used to make time for weighted compound movements.

Weights are incorporated in most exercises, and one limb is always touching the mat to keep L.I.F.T truly low impact.

STRENGTH N TONE 50

Step up your routine with this dumbbell focused class.

We start with a body weight warm up, then move on to full range of motion exercises with heavy weights, and small pulsing exercises with light weights. We also incorporate stretching to tone, strengthen, and lengthen every part of your body. We start with abs, transition to the upper body, and end with lower body exercises.

Combined with our FAR Infrared Heat, you’ll experience the most unique and effective toning class of your life. See you in the hot room!

RECHARGE

HOT HIIT® Recharge offers the perfect balance of motion and deep relaxation.

The first half of class consists of dynamic and heat building movement. In the second half of class, we slow it down and shift into floor based compression and release postures. This practice is done in the FAR Infrared Heat, allowing your body to open up safely and deeply. It is the perfect way to heal, relax and recharge your body and mind.

HOT HIIT®
PILATES

This low impact, high intensity class delivers full body toning with an emphasis on the glutes and core. We compliment the exercises with light weights, props and bodyweight for maximum toning effects. The majority of the class is spent on the mat, with some standing exercises sprinkled in.

YOUR FIRST CLASS

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
WELCOME!
HOT HIIT®

Here's what you need to know to help you get started:

​

  • Classes range from 40-55min.

  • The "hot room" is heated to approximately 98 degrees, sweating is good!

  • Wear light weight, form fitting clothes.

  • Bring a mat, large towel, and water bottle. However, if you forget or don't have those items, they are all available to rent or purchase at the studio.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early your first day so our staff can get you signed up. However, space is limited, it would be best to sign up in advance to save your spot.

  • Classes will start exactly on time.

  • Be prepared to have a lot of fun!
