Welcome to HOTTR™, an infrared-heated fitness studio.
HOTTR™ is more than a workout—it’s a space designed to challenge your body, elevate your mindset, and connect you to a community that moves together.
We believe that sweating together builds more than strength. It builds confidence, resilience, and belonging. Every class is powered by infrared heat to support circulation, detoxification, and deeper muscle engagement—helping you move smarter, recover faster, and feel stronger from the inside out.


With offerings like HOT HIIT, Recharge, Strength N Tone, L.I.F.T., and Pilates, no two days at HOTTR™ are ever the same. You can experience a different workout every day that meets your body where it is—whether you’re pushing intensity, building strength, or restoring balance.
At HOTTR™, fitness isn’t about perfection or competition. It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and leaving stronger—physically and mentally. This is where effort meets community, movement becomes a lifestyle, and well-being extends far beyond the studio walls.

Here's what you need to know to get started:

Classes range from 45 - 60 minutes.

The "hot room" is heated to approximately 98 degrees (psst sweating is GOOD!)

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class.

Wear light weight, form fitting clothes.

Shoes are not permitted, sticky socks are optional.

Please avoid cell phone usage in the hot room.

Drink plenty of water in the hours leading up to your session.

Bring a mat, large towel, and water bottle. However, if you forget or don't have those items, they are all available for rent or purchase at the studio.

Mat towels are required.

Space is limited, so it would be best to sign up in advance to save your spot.

Classes will start exactly on time. Your spot will be given away if you arrive late.

Monique Crous

Meet Monique Crous, Founder of HOT HIIT® and a Leader in Heated Fitness
Monique Crous is a NASM-certified personal trainer and former Bikram Yoga instructor with decades of experience in the fitness industry. Her career is defined by precision, discipline, and a deep understanding of movement in heated environments.
She is the creator of HOT HIIT®, an innovative series of training modalities designed specifically for performance in a heated room. Developed to enhance strength, endurance, and mobility, HOT HIIT® reflects Monique’s commitment to intelligent, results-driven movement.
In 2023, Monique began opening studios dedicated exclusively to HOT HIIT®’s methods—spaces intentionally designed to deliver a refined, supportive, and elevated fitness experience.
Beyond the studio, Monique is a global leader in heated fitness education. She regularly leads international fitness and yoga retreats and has personally trained and certified over 100 HOT HIIT® instructors worldwide.
Whether creating classes for those new to movement, or to seasoned athletes seeking refinement, Monique brings clarity, energy, and purpose to every class—creating experiences that are as empowering as they are transformative.
OUR SIGNATURE CLASSES
HOT HIIT® 55
Our original, beat-based workout blends high-intensity intervals, muscle toning, and cardio in FAR Infrared heat for a powerful full-body experience. Expect fat-burning movement that builds long, lean muscles while strengthening the core, improving circulation, and increasing flexibility. Performed on a mat with low-impact options and an emphasis on mindful movement.
HOT HIIT® 45
All the energy of our original class, streamlined into a faster-paced 45-minute format. HOT HIIT® 45 delivers an efficient, effective workout that maximizes results in less time. Modifications are offered throughout, making it accessible for all fitness levels.
HOT HIIT®
STRENGTH N TONE 50
This dumbbell-focused class is designed to tone, strengthen, and lengthen your entire body. You’ll move through a thoughtful mix of light and heavy weights, stretching, and controlled strength work in FAR Infrared heat.
HOT HIIT® RECHARGE
Recharge balances purposeful movement with deep rest and recovery. The first half of class builds heat through dynamic flow, while the second half slows down with floor-based compression and release postures. Practiced in FAR Infrared heat, this class leaves you feeling relaxed, restored, and re-energized.
HOT HIIT®
L.I.F.T. 55
A low-impact strength class designed for those who want less bounce and more control. L.I.F.T. emphasizes weighted, functional movements with longer intervals to support proper form and strength-building. One limb stays grounded at all times, keeping the workout joint-friendly and effective.
HOT HIIT®
PILATES
This low-impact, high-intensity class focuses on full-body toning with special attention to the core and glutes. Classic Pilates movements are combined with light weights and bodyweight for precise, controlled strength work. Most of the class takes place on the mat, with occasional standing sequences.
